Extreme hair fall after 9 months of FUE (Photo)

Hi Guys, I am 25 years old and I had my first hair transplant in SEP-22 and after 9 months of hair transplant I am having extreme hair fall due to this the density of my hairs have decreased a lot (approx 40%), extreme hair fall happen in only 8th month and within a month my 40% hairs gone. Need help regarding this. Thank You
