Hello, I am wondering if a Vbeam laser would be optimal for treating Keratosis Pilaris Rubra Faceii (KPRF). I have a bit of a unique case, as I only show signs of the KPRF on one side of my face, which is the left side. The left cheek is always red, and whenever I get slightly warm or exercise, the left cheek gets very hot and becomes dark red. The flushing aspect of this is VERY annoying, and from what I understand, this is an issue involving the blood vessels, therefore creams won't work.
