I have thread veins on my face and I have tried veinwave, injections and IPL but none have worked. Shall I try vbeam?

am worried about the sideeffects as already have scars from previous treatments and my face swelled up when had ipl.

KP rubra is genetic and in some people there are no cures.  If the PDL isnt working well or lasting, stronger settings need to be tried or considering IPL or other vascular laser treatments such as Excel V and/or laser genesis.  Botox injections do well for this also, but only last 4-6...

Vbeam is not a treatment for PIH, I suggest seeking the advice of a laser expert before continuing more treatments.  If Vbeam is performed with "subpurpuric" settings, meaning you do not get bruised, you can do treatments as early as 5-7 days after the previous treatment.  If you are...

Vascular laser treatment will not cure KPR but can help manage it and diminish the appearance.  I have had mixed results with some patients doing well and others not as well.  I have not found anything more successful than VBeam laser.
