I have thread veins on my face and I have tried veinwave, injections and IPL but none have worked. Shall I try vbeam?

am worried about the sideeffects as already have scars from previous treatments and my face swelled up when had ipl.

There are purpuric and subpurpuric settings on the VBeam laser. Subpurpuric does not cause bruising. If you are concerned about bruising, consider the Limelight IPL or a subpurpuric setting on the VBeam. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles

The KP is likely associated with some inflammation and thus the results are not permanent. We would encourage the use of the PDL + application of an exfoliant, chemical peel, and KP Pads. Best, DR. Karamanoukian Los Angeles

Icing helps along with head elevation.  But there is nothing more you can do but wait a few weeks.  Benadryl at night and zyrtec or allegra during the day will not hurt, but I am unsure how much they will help.  If it is very severe and you are worried, consider going to your...
