Fat under the eyebrows (i.e the upper eyelid region) can be removed through upper blepharoplasty. I want to know if there is any way to remove eyebrow fat (on the forehead region) Will the eyebrows grow again if incisions are made on the eyebrow to remove the fat? Thanks in advance :)
