this past 3 days, my left eye feels heavy. i checked it out and found out that there's another line on my double eyelids which located at my lateral canthus, but my right eye doesn't have it and it looks normal. is it normal to have this? it keeps bothering me. how long it takes? is there any cure?

We do not have the benefit of examining you or even having a photograph of your issue. However, a biopsy is appropriate assuming conservative measure such as a warm compress and antibiotic failed to resolve the issue.
