It sure sounds frustrating that you gained weigh after your surgery.  Perhaps see a functional medicine doctor and have a complete evaluation (hormonal levels).  Having a TT shouldn't make it harder to loose weight.  Hope this helps and good luck!

The fact that you’ve had a tummy tuck in the past shouldn’t affect your ability to lose weight in the future, but the abdominal area can be a tricky spot to contour through diet and exercise alone for lots of people. Based on your photo, it looks like you could be a good candidate for a tummy tuck revision to help you get the shape that you want and address the issues you have with your current belly button. If you decide to go this route, just make sure you work with an experienced board-certified plastic surgeon.
