Should I be concerned about stiffness in lower back after liposuction 2 weeks ago?

Two weeks ago I had a tummy tuck, lipo in lower and upper back under bra area, inner and outter thighs and flanks. I fell a year ago and it left a nasty indent in my left buttocks. I had the indent filled with some fat as well. My lower back and top of my butt feel stiff as a board. At one point t it was warm to the touch. Is any of this normal? I am getting nervous.

It is very early in the healing process.it is unlikely that your dimples will disappear long term.the firmness will soften but it may take severalmonths.
