They were replaced with larger saline implants No complications. Left breast pain with exertion, duration 1 week. I do lift 40 pound feed bags. And the lower left corner feels crinkly.

Breast implants will create more fullness at the bottom of the breast, while adding overall volume to the breasts. Specifically a teardrop shape implant, such as a moderate-plus silicone implant, achieves a more natural result by adding fullness to the lower aspect of the breast while standing.
Your implant does appear slightly lower on that side, creating a mild asymmetry. The condition is subtle and probably does not warrant surgery, but if this truly bothers you, discuss your options with your surgeon. A minor revision to reposition the implant may be an option.
