Saline implant deflation after lifting heavy items

Question

Female 57 years light complexion 5'2" 114 pounds Saline implant 510 cc with internal lift Hello I had silicone implants replacement with larger saline implant in 1992. the left breast had a hematoma and infection, resolved and everything was fine until a car accident in 2015, the left deflated. They were replaced with larger saline implants No complications. Left breast pain with exertion, duration 1 week. I do lift 40 pound feed bags. And the lower left corner feels crinkly.

It is important to note that breast pain, especially with exertion, could be caused by a variety of factors. It could be related to the implants, such as implant rupture or capsular contracture, or it could be unrelated to the implants, such as muscle strain or injury.

Given your history of a hematoma and infection in the left breast, it is especially important to have any new symptoms or changes evaluated by a healthcare professional. You should schedule an appointment with your plastic surgeon or a breast specialist to have a thorough physical examination, including a breast ultrasound or mammogram if indicated, to determine the cause of the pain and crinkling sensation in your left breast.

In the meantime, it is recommended to avoid heavy lifting and strenuous exercise until you have been evaluated. If the pain persists or worsens, or if you notice any other concerning changes in your breasts, you should seek medical attention promptly.

You did not ask a question, so I cannot be specific. However, you have very large implants which have stretched and thinned your own tissue. You will feel the implants through your tissue.

Breast pain could be from many different causes including strain, hormonal changes, infection, etc.  If you have rested the area with no improvement then I encourage you to visit with your surgeon for an evaluation.
