I think I suffered some trauma to the area when I was younger and I believe it's continually grown more uneven. When I take a picture, it sometimes looks as if the nose is at the wrong angle. What should I do?
Answer: Rhinoplasty Thank you for your question and your photos.Your concerns can be addressed with septorhinoplasty. I recommend having a thorough in person consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon or facial plastic surgeon in your area. Best of luck.

Answer: Nose deviation Although your photo is not take from directly ahead and it's difficult to fully assess your nose, it does appear that you're right and the nose does deviate to the left of your face. This does not fix itself, so if you're interested in doing something about it, then you should speak with an experienced plastic surgeon about rhinoplasty.

Answer: Rhinoplasty for crooked nose A rhinoplasty procedure can address straightening of the crooked nose. Osteotomies of the nasal bones are usually required to straighten the bridge line. A cartilaginous spreader graft is sometimes required in the midportion of the nose when the upper lateral cartilages are asymmetric. A tip rhinoplasty is required when the tip is asymmetric. For many examples and more information, please see the link and the video below

Answer: Crocked nose Hi and thank you for your question. From your photos it does look like your nose is uneven. This is often a result of trauma but it can occur with out any accidents as well. It looks like the bent part of the nose is the lower half? If this is the case it is usually caused by a bend in the septal cartilage which is the structure in the middle of your nose dividing your nostrils and going all the way to the back of your nose. I usually find that it has been dislocated from its base where it meets the bone just above your top front two teeth. When this is the case it certainly continues to be crocked but doesn't tend to get worse with growth unless you injure it again.I would suggest you ask a local trusted Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon to look at it. It is generally amenable to correction with a rhinoplasty.I hope that helpsAll the bestDr Sam CunneenPlastic and reconstructive surgeonPerth, Western Australia
