Is PRP effective? Smoking during PRP? Can I have proper hair growth to some extent? Should I hope for hair growth? I am also using finasteride for alopecia and revivoderm as supplement.

Smoking can decrease blood flow and healing in the scalp, but probably has little effect on the PRP treatment.  That said smoking causes cancer, heart disease and many other bad things, so you should quit if you can so you can enjoy your hair for a long time.

You are being counter productive. The nicotine in cigarettes causes the blood vessels to contract and starves the hair follicles of important nutrients and oxygen. It's either one or the other. Stop smoking or give up the PRP treatments.
