My nose was pretty small as a kid..Then I hit puberty and it kept growing(not too large neither to small) but the problem is that when I smile the tip of my nose expands and it looks if someone squished my nose...it is upturned too..so the questions Is would the tip or whole nose get more defined as I turn 18 years.?
