My lower legs are too thin, what can I do to get fat legs? (Photo)

Helow. My all body parts are good and healthy. But only legs are too weak than a normal person... how i can get fat legs?.... No body can imagine from my appearance that i willhave so thin legs.

Calf implants will address only the upper part of the calf where the muscle is normally fuller. The implant will taper down as low as the middle third of the calf, but in order to augment the lower part of the leg the only option that I offer is fat grafting. This may have to be repeated since the skin is very tight in this area and is not much room to place the fat grafts.
I would speak with a well trained experienced plastic surgeon who does both calf augmentation with implants and also has experience with fat grafting.

Calf augmentation is an excellent procedure using implants to improve the the volume of the lower leg.  There are a variety of implants and options to help accomplish your goals.  I recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon to evaluate your for calf augmentation.  Discuss the experience of the surgeon regarding this procedure specifically as not all plastic surgeons perform calf augmentation and there are many intricate details to consider that an experienced calf augmentation plastic surgeon will be able to identify and provide the best result.
