I have a bulbous, heavy nose tip but I like my side profile. What kind of results could I expect from rhinoplasty, in terms of de-bulking my nose? To me, it looks very wide and my nostrils look fleshy and overly large. I also have a large raised mole on the bridge of my nose. Is this something that can be addressed during rhinoplasty?

Wideness of your nose can be decreased with ultrasonic rhinoplasty ( nose bone is reshaped with ultrasonic device) . Tip cartilage can be reshaped to get more defined and feminine nose tip. I guess this combination gives good result for you.

I would lower the bridge Barrie the bones refine the tip. Also alar wedge excisions would reduce the size and flaring if your nostrils. After surgery I would inject your tip with steroids to thin out the tip.
