What kind of results could I expect from rhinoplasty, in terms of de-bulking my nose? (photos)

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from rhinoplasty. Hi and thanks for your question. You have wide nose and bulbous nose tip. Wideness of your nose can be decreased with ultrasonic rhinoplasty ( nose bone is reshaped with ultrasonic device) . Tip cartilage can be reshaped to get more defined and feminine nose tip. I guess this combination gives good result for you.

I would use all the tools I could that would make your nose smaller. Each aspect will give your nose an overall nicer look. I would lower the bridge Barrie the bones refine the tip. Also alar wedge excisions would reduce the size and flaring if your nostrils. After surgery I would inject your tip with steroids to thin out the tip.

The areas that you described and would like improved can be addressed with a natural appearing rhinoplasty performed by an expert artistic plastic surgeon with extensive rhinoplasty experience. Patients with thicker skin can get a significant improvement in the appearance of the nose but need to be realistic about the result.

Keep in mind, that following the advice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you what to do based on limited l photos without examining you, physically feeling the tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history, and discussing the pros and cons of the proposed operative procedure with you and your parents may not be in your best interest. I would suggest you find a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and ideally a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) or facial plastic surgeon (otolaryngologist) that you trust and are comfortable with. You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in person.
