Please how can I get rid of this keloid growth? (Photo)

Question

I have had this keloid growth for a while, tried cryotheraphy some time ago and it resided but started growing again after sometime and it is worse now. I am desperate and will not mind travelling to any part of the world to get rid of this. Kindly advice /recommend. thanks.

Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis for most deep scars. The options available for acne scars depend on the character of your scars, in terms of topography and contour. We see atrophic and hypertrophic acne scars, as well as scars that have hypo and hyperpigmentation. We begin each scar evaluation with an assessment of scar quality and subtype. Our main concern is rebuilding collagen and that is why we use a HIDEF protocol that includes combination therapy. Morpheus 8, scar subcision, fibrous release, fractional laser, CO2 laser, Thulium laser, PDL Vbeam laser, and fractional resurfacing can be used in addition to TCA Cross and chemical peels to further improve skin. Patients should start Melarase AM and Melarase PM for active hyperpigmentation. Always begin with a consultation to decide whether early subcision should be started.

Hello,An effective treatment for reducing the appearance
of Keloids is injecting steroid medication directly into the scar tissue. This
will reduce the redness, lower the itching and burning sensations, and may
shrink the scar. An alternative treatment is to cut out the scar tissue under
local anesthesia. Regardless of which treatment is performed, Keloid scars have
a tendency to recur. Several procedures may be required in order to effectively
remove the scar for longer periods of time. Sometimes we may advise you to wear

Hello, keloids tend to grow progressively and, unlike other scars, do not subside over time. Scar excision is the best option to remove the keloid but it does not guarantee that the keloid won't grow back. Some doctors, including myself, also use a secondary treatment, such as superficial radiation therapy (SRT-100), post-surgery to greatly reduce the chance for re-growth. A vast majority of my patients have had no re-growth using this treatment combination. Best of luck.
