What can I do to have a slimmer face after already trying buccal fat removal and Botox? (photos)

Hello! I always desired to have a slimmer face. I have tried buccal fat pad removal, Botox in masseters (though only 1 treatment) and none seem to work. I hope to decrease the width of my face or somehow make it appear smaller. Is there anything I can do?

There are no imaging studies. Sutures are too small to be detected. You can ask your surgeon if there are any permanent sutures in those areas and name if the suture. In general, the soft braided permanent sutures like merseline do not cause persistent pain, unless a granuloma was formed but...
