Hello! I had rhinoplasty 3 years ago! I hoped every year that my nose would turn out beautiful but it looks bad, on the left side I feel an empty space and it is very soft and sensitive.

Hi and thank you for providing photographs with your question. 
From your pictures it appears your nasal bones at the top of your nose were left too wide after your first surgery. This is why the top of your nose appears wider than the middle portion. This can be corrected with a revision rhinoplasty procedure and if done well will improve your nasal shape and appearance.

Your narrative does not speak precisely of your dissatisfaction. If the empty space on the left side of your nose is bothersome, consider an injectable filler treatment for a more symmetrical nasal appearance on front view. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

I can see the transition  between the bones and cartilage. You may have an inadequate infracture if your bones. Options include narrowing the bones better, spreader grafts, or fillers
