I’m 5’7”, 128 lbs and was a very small A cup with little breast tissue and a small amount of sagging. I have a wide chest. I know not to get hung up on size, but I want to make sure I didn’t go too small! After dropping will they look bigger?
Answer: Breasts need time to drop and fluff At 2 weeks you are about 10 percent healed, settled, shaped, softened, dropped and fluffed. "Drop and fluff" refers to the fact that as the skin stretches and the muscles relax, the implants move down and out slowly – about 1 percent a day. It’ll be about six weeks before they even begin to settle down, but they’ll be close to 80 percent settled and softened at three months. Watching their progress is like watching your hair grow. You don’t see a difference in your hair growth daily, but all of a sudden you need a haircut. Be patient after surgery. Give yourself a few months before making a judgment about your surgical results. You won't know the outcome until then. Answer: 2 weeks post op...am I too small? Two weeks after surgery there is still swelling present and the implants have not settled. Some changes in shape and size will occur as this process is completed. Based on your photos you appear to have a good immediate result and certainly do not appear too small for your chest size and limited soft tissue coverage. Some the problems associated with implants , such as wrippling, are greatly increased when implants are placed that are too large for the soft tissue coverage. Your surgeon appears to have taken this into cosideration.

Answer: BA results Dear kricol01, I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast augmentation surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process at 2 weeks post op.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively. At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides and the implants drop to their final position, you will be able to see the final result of your breast augmentation surgery. Answer: 2 weeks post-op. Did I go too small? I received 415cc silicone round high profile. Do they look proportionate? Thank you for your question and photographs, and congratulations on your early results, it appears that you will have a nice outcome. After placement of implants, the overall appearance of the breasts will change dramatically over the first several months as the implants drop, and the overlying tissue stretches, to accommodate the extra volume. Early in recovery the combination of tissue swelling and the volume of the implants causes a flattened, wide, and elevated appearance to the implants, while the lower breast appears empty. As this swelling resolves, and your tissues stretch, you should see gradual improvement. Although your breasts will not get "bigger" the lower portion of each will fill out your bra cup more. Judge your results at 4-6 months after surgery as most of your breast changes should have occurred by then. Hope this helps

Answer: Are My Breast Implants Too Small? #breastimplants #breastaugmentation So far, it looks like you are healing up just fine after your breast augmentation. 415 cc implants are not small, and I think after a couple more months pass by, you'll likely be very happy with your results. Your breasts won't necessarily look larger, but as the implants "drop" or settle into place, your breast appearance will change and the lower pole (lower 1/2) of your breast will be more filled out. SO, hang in there, and try to be patient as you are only 2 weeks post-op. Please wait at least 6 months before even considering another procedure to go larger. Thanks for sharing!
