Can subtle asymmetry from a rib graft be fixed? (Photos)

I had a revision rhinoplasty with a rib cartilage graft a little over three years ago (in Turkey). It was a complex case, and while I was happy at first, I’ve never been completely satisfied with the final result. The lateral cartilage on one side seems a bit loose or curved, which makes my tip look undefined and slightly tilted, giving my nose an uneven appearance from certain angles. My 2/3 profile in particular makes me feel very self-conscious. The septum is straight, so it seems to be more of a contour or cartilage positioning issue. When I gently press on the side of my nose, the shape immediately looks more natural, which makes me think the underlying structure is good. I had a video call with my original surgeon, but I didn’t feel he took my concerns seriously. He offered to operate again, but given my experience and how long and difficult the recovery was the first time, I’m hesitant and not sure another open revision surgery would be worth the risk. I’d really appreciate an honest opinion: does this sound like something that could be improved with a minor or less invasive correction? Or am I being too critical and overthinking it? Thank you so much in advance for your advice.
