What are those bulges on my forehead and what I can do about it? (Photo)

Hello, I always had this proeminence between my eyebrows, I'm pretty sure it's not a wrinkle I have no lines and I feel something when I touch it like a bulging vein or something like this. I have pretty big brow ridge for a cis woman, I don't know if it plays a role. Could you tell me what do you think it is and what I can do about it. Thank you really much.
