If I were to get masseter botox would I be able to keep a square-like face shape, just a bit slimmer or less wide in the midface area? I don't particularly like the v-line shape, I like having a well-defined jaw, but I do want to slim down my face.

This treatment has the ability to reduce the protrusion of the masseter muscle and will tone down the shape of the area, but won't make your face round or another shape. You will rather appreciate your facial structure post-treatment, 4-10days. It's safe and effective when done right with at least 40-60units botox.
