I'm caucasian and I have noticeable epicanthal folds, what are my options to fix them? (Photos)

I have very slight epicentral folds I would like to fix, but I'm not sure if I'm even eligible for the procedure. My inner eye shows we'll, it's just I hate how my eyes slant downwards. I just want them to be neutral laterally. I'm ok with a subtle scar, like barely noticeable. When I pinch my nose bridge, I get the desired result. What are the risks, costs, and treatment time.

Almost always this is caused by a low radix which is the top of the nose between your eyes. I've written about this in papers before for other surgeons.You were very insightful to notice it gets better when you pinch your nose.  Fillers can be done but the best option is a rhinoplasty (nose surgery) to permanently correct this.  We'd add cartilage to the area and correct the radix deformity thus fixing your eyes too.

Epicanthoplasty can be considered in Caucasian patients with epicanthal folds. There are certain limitations. Best to have personal consultation with expert.

Thanks for the question.  Your folds are mild and should be relatively easy to improve/correct with fillers.  Several can be used and I would leave the decision up to your provider.  In that location they usually last for a few years and should be done by an experienced injector.  Cost really depends on the area of the country that you live in....Good luck
