I notice my eye assymetry in every photo and I have had had a upper bleph to raise the eyelids, but my one eyelid is still lower then the other and my eyebrow is also lower on the left. Do people notice this and what can I do to fix it?

Answer: See oculoplastic specialist for eye asymmetry
Ana Carolina Victoria, MD - Account Suspended says:
Styes, AKA chalazion, are clogged oil glands. While some of them may resolve on their own, some require medical intervention. At this point, this is a chronic chalazion and I would recommend either injecting with kenalog or surgically removing it. Best to seek an oculoplastic...
Thank you for your question. You are well within the normal healing process after chalazion removal. And it seems to be healing well. I would give it a few more days for the swelling to subside and then follow up with your doctor. Best of luck, Dr. Heffernan
I would recommend a consult with a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery . Eye bags are not always age related but can be inherited and are due to anatomy around the lower eyelid than can be imoirved with a lower eyelid blepharoplasty
