I had a lefort osteotomy 10 months ago and am not happy with the aesthetic results. My nose is wider, my upper cheeks (right next to my nose) are puffier, and my jawline is not as slim. Will removing the titanium plates have any effect on the width of my nose or puffiness of my cheeks? If not, what else can be done to remedy this?
