Hello, thank you for your question.Yes you can but a physical examination is required, The buttocks of each person heal differently so it is very difficult to predict how your buttocks will look after removing the implants. Many times after implant removal, the buttocks look deflated. However, some buttocks return to their original appearance. Much of this depends on the elasticity of the patient’s skin and how far the tissue was stretched by the implants. Sculptra can be effective for filling small surface irregularities or volume deficits, but it should not be expected to produce significant buttock augmentations.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from a BBL surgery. Yes, you can. Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

Gluteal implants are never accepted by the body and are always treated as a foreign object and sealed off with scar tissue, capsule.

The underlying cause for the indentation on your right side may include scar tissue contraction.

Fat transfer may help but it will most likely require multiple sessions a fat transfer to completely correct this contour irregularity.
