I was told I would be around a D/DD. I know it can take up to 2 yr for full results, but I really feel they cannot get much bigger. They dont look high up, not much profile from the side/front/cleavage. The bottom/sides of my boobs are pretty soft. Normal? I thought they would look larger as I'm pretty narrow and thin. My stats are.. 5'10" 120lbs Bwd approx 11 425cc unders cohesive gel HP
Answer: Breast Augmentation Recovery OneLOv3. I appreciate your concerns but way too early to worry. Your body needs time to heal and adapt to the implants. The skin and muscle over the implants must stretch a bit to allow the implants to settle into their final position. While your appearance will improve fairly quickly, don't expect to see your final result for at least 6 months (not 2 years!) after surgery. Good Luck!

Answer: 425 Looks Like 300cc Thanks for your question, and for providing your photos, that really helps! In my experience of doing thousands of breast augmentation surgeries, I’d recommend that you wait at least 6 months before seeing your surgeon about an exchange/revision. I wonder if you tried sizers on before your first augmentation surgery? I find them to be very helpful and accurate. You DEF need to try them on before your exchange. Best of luck to you!

Answer: Breast Augmentation Result Thank you for your question and the photo. I am sorry you're not happy with your current result from your breast augmentation. It sounds like you know that one month is much too soon to judge your final result from your surgery, but I realize it can be hard to wait. After about 3 months when the implants have settled and swelling is gone, you should be closer to seeing your final outcome. Height and weight definitely can make a difference in how different sized implants will appear on your body. Since you are tall and thin, I would think that a 425cc implant would give you a nice result. Going too large can put the implant outside the frame of your body and would not look natural. There is a limit to how large an implant can fit on your frame. If you continue to have concerns, please discuss them with your plastic surgeon who will do everything possible to make sure you're satisfied with your final outcome. Best of luck to you.

Answer: Size You are still very early in your healing process and need time for your implants to settle and the tissues relax. This is the size that you and your surgeon selected. Please be patient, and discuss all concerns with your surgeon.
