How can I get my flat stomach back after myomectomy surgery? (Photo)

I had a myomectomy 1 year ago and my abs were flat. I work out regularly and eat healthy but ever since the surgery I have had swelling above the incision that I really want to get rid of without having more surgery. The swollen are is somewhat hard and I massage and stretch it regularly but see no to very little results. Please help, I really want to feel confident in my tight dresses again.

You can have swelling at this stage in recovery and it may be worse with increased activity or salt intake.  Over the next few months it should improve again.  Continue to follow up with your PS.

A CT scan would not be that helpful with determining if your abdominal fascia is thick enough to favor a strong abdominal repair.  An MRI may be more useful.
