I would like to reduce the size of my upper arm- but have loose skin already. I do work out consistently- but it's not enough. I have knee replacements as that can interfere with exclude certain treatments. I do not want long scars from arm lift surgery. Thank you.

You might be a good candidate for BodyTite with liposuction of the arms. BodyTite does not remove any fat, but it is capable of producing a 45% contraction in tissues.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

You appear to be a candidate for BodyTite.  This minimally invasive procedure uses RF technology on the surface and just below the skin. to tighten tissues and melt fat.  There is no general anesthesia required.  I've included a video on the procedure that I hope you find helpful.

From your pictures, it looks like there is still a small fat pocket in the tricep area on each arm.  One possible suggestion would be to get a coolsculpting treatment and then follow that up one month later with morpheus to further tighten the skin

Hi and welcome to our forum!
From your photos, I note a moderate "batwing deformity" of the upper arms, associated with a moderate accumulation of fat and moderate overlying lax skin at the extensor aspect. A liposuction procedure of the upper arms removes fat only, while a brachioplasty removes excess skin and underlying fat. If there is a significant amount of fat present (with its associated added weight), if the skin demonstrates no evidence of overstretching (stretch marks), and if the sag is only minimal to moderate, a liposuction may correct the deformity. On the other hand, if there is stretched out skin, only a brachioplasty can achieve correction. However, one must accept a scar from armpit to elbow. The scar is placed on the inside (medial side) of the arm to minimize exposure, but the scar is readily apparent in certain positions. The mini-arm lift is not of much benefit. 
It appears that you would achieve improvement with liposuction, but full improvement with brachioplasty may leave an unacceptable scar. Vaser liposuction will have a tightening effect upon the skin. 
Seek a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.

Hi,You look great. There are options available with minimal incisions. Liposuction is usually used to reduce the size, but I would add BodyTite or similar skin tightening treatment at the same time. BodyTite is a Radiofrequency procedure that helps to shrink wrap the skin. Reduces treated area by around 30% over 12 month. So, final results will take some time. Most people see progress at 4-8 weeks.
