Thank you for sharing your question and I am sorry to hear of your recovery difficulties.  Without photographs it is difficult to render an opinion but I would recommend seeing your surgeon for an in-person evaluation.

You may have irritation of the scar and this needs to be evaluated by the surgeon to see if there is a retained suture or ongoing inflammation.In the interim, place Scar Serum.
