My lower left eye is destroyed after blepharoplasty. What can I do? (Photo)

40 year old, I did lower blepharoplasty. Now at 7 weeks after. Unfortunately since the operation my lower left eye does not heal. There is a reddish bump that do not disappear and become even more swelled if I got warm. Not sure what went wrong at operation and what to do.

If you don’t want your eyelids to change, then you should definitely not have a canthopexy.
The procedure is generally done to treat ectropion, which you don’t appear to have.
I see no indication for having a canthopexy
