If what you are referring to as a "V" shape is a more contoured look based on the Golden Ratio, you can use filler and Botox in combination to achieve the results you are desiring. Botox can be injected into the masseter muscle which will cause the muscle to relax and, in time, decrease in size if an enlarged masseter muscle is present causing the jaw to have a more "blocky" appearance. In addition, fillers can be used in the cheeks to add volume and further contour the face.
