Can a septoplasty be done 4 years after an Asian rhinoplasty procedure?

Littlemissmach
Four years ago, I had an Asian open-nose rhinoplasty. The procedure involved a silicone implant on the bridge, as well a cartilage graft on the nasal tip (harvested from back of ear). The issue is my deviated septum is MUCH more obvious with a larger nose (which was tiny before). Considering all the modifications to my nose, is it still possible to get a septoplasty?
