I had what was supposed to be just a septoplasty a year ago. It became clear after surgery that the doctor did more than that. I believe they performed nasal vestibular repair as well. I now have a small bump on the outside of my nostril, the skin is slightly blanched. I’m not sure what to do. It’s sore sometimes and it bothers me aesthetically. I am upset because there was supposed to be no change to my appearance.
