A deviated septum can cause breathing issues and impairments. Especially if you are one of those people, you would absolutely benefit from septo/rhinoplasty. Yes, Septorhinoplasty can address the deviation of your septum and reduce the deviation of your nose.
You have a crooked nose and straightening a crooked nose is considered one of the most techniquely challenging surgeries.
You would require having an open (external) Septorhinoplasty (Septoplasty + Rhinoplasty). Septoplasty to correct your associated deviated nasal septum (the cartilage and bone in the nose that separates the nasal passages) and to harvest septal cartilage and use it as a graft to improve nasal support and aesthetic appearance of your nose.
I would suggest that you consult with a nasal surgeon (Rhinologist) with expertise in performing complex rhinoplasty and to discuss what you like or dislike about your nose.
