Can a septorhinoplasty make my nose look symmetrical? (Photo)

Fantastic878914
Im a female who has had a pretty bad deviated septum my whole life. My bridge leans to my left side it seems like the right has a huge dip in it, furthermore my nose tip is different on both sides the facet is much deeper and higher than the other side making me look like two different people on both sides. My supra alar crease is much deeper on one side.
