for this surgery. Cost depends on how much time the surgery is, your geographic
area, and your selected surgeon’s schedule fee. I would suggest you seek
consultation with at least 3-5 surgeons to get a range of fees. In my office,
we always try to get insurance to cover these procedures. Based on your
history, your insurance may cover a portion of these procedures. Do not
necessarily go for the surgeon who has the lowest fee. I would suggest going to
a board certified plastic surgeon with significant experience, and a surgeon
you feel comfortable with. Please also request to see before and after photos
of other patients that have a similar history and physique as yours.

The cost of the procedures you are requesting depends on the where you have it done and who does it.  Cost may range from $10,000 to 20,000.  Large cities are likely to have higher costs but more experienced surgeons due to a higher volume.  See several board certified plastic surgeons and choose the one who you feel will give you the best results.  Costs are important but your safety and results are the most important.

When it comes to costs of surgery, there may be many “variables” involved. The specific surgeon's credentials/experience level (or lack thereof), the specific geographic area you are looking at, the different operations available, the location of the procedure (quality of surgery facility), type/quality of anesthesia provide… are some of the potential variables involved. You will find some average costs of surgery listed on this website and on individual plastic surgeons' websites as well.
In regards to outcome of the planned procedure, more important than costs of the procedures will be careful selection of your plastic surgeon. I would suggest starting with the American Society of Plastic Surgery and/or the Aesthetic Society of Plastic Surgery to obtain a list of well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons.
Then, I would suggest you visit a few surgeons whose practices concentrate on aesthetic surgery. The global fee for any procedure in my facility is a combination of:(1) OR fee for the accredited OR, (2)anesthesia billed by the hour with a board certified anesthesiologist who has been with my team fo over 15 years, and (3)surgical fee. The surgical fee is determined by my examination. Based on your statement, "I have lost quite an amount of weight" means that your skin may have a quality issue. How long has your weight been stable? Any other issues such as smoking, etc?
