My arms now are too skinny compared to my lower arm.I still have some sag in the upper half above the bicep on the inside of my arm like it wasn't,t pulled tight enough in that area. Would a tricep implant tighten up the skin and make my arms look more in proportion. There are no issues with excess fat. Do ps actually do triceps for women.

It is difficult to answer your question without having photos to review.  Side by side pre and post op photos would be very helpful. Also, a time frame of your surgical procedures will help to created a frame of reference.  I recommend that you revisit with your surgeon (and/or a second opinion) to determine a logical next step.  Arm contouring is typically performed with a combination of procedures that addresses fat and skin excess.  I have not heard of triceps implants for cosmetic contouring of the arm.

Hello Kerrie1757, thank you for your question.  This is a difficult question to answer
without pictures. I would suggest having a formal consultation with an
experienced board certified plastic surgeon. For your situation, I would
suggest having fat transfer from perhaps the abdomen or the torso and have it
applied to the triceps region. I believe fat transfer, in your situation, would
be better than having an implant placed.

You will be presented with choices and risks, then you will need to make a decision if it is right or you.  All implants have risks. I hope this helps!

I have never heard of triceps implants so they must not be done commonly.  I would do the best you can with your own tissues and avoid fat grafting in this scarred tissues.
