Since you received the FUE, you do not have to worry much about the stitches or wounds. Definitely get some good rest on the first day. Thank you for your question. Given the location, I would probably favor excision. There are other treatments such as lasers and injections, but given how long it's been there, I doubt they'd be as efficacious. Transplant is an option, although typically the yield is lower in scar tissue. I hope...
