I recommend you have a formal consultation with a facial plastic surgeon for an evaluation and facial analysis.  Although it is difficult to judge by this photograph alone, you may benefit from an otoplasty.  There are different surgical approaches for otoplasty that can be used to improve the proportion, shape, and position of the ear.

Although it is difficult to fully assess your ears without an in-person exam, it appears that you would benefit from an otoplasty.  An otoplasty is an out-patient procedure that can be done in about 30 minutes under a light anesthesia.  I have my patients wear a compression band 24/7 for 1 week and then nightly for 3 weeks.  I suggest seeing a plastic surgeon for an in-person consultation.  Best of luck!

your photographs, you may benefit from an otoplasty.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.
