I have done otoplasty roughly 3 months ago, but still there's some weird things behind my ears. I wonder if this is a stitch, and if it is, how long will it take to dissolve?

This would be simple to change with and incision behind the ear. If you want to change it. Talk with a board certified plastic surgeon to make a plan.
