I have a round scar on top of my head which was caused by ringworm, which left a scar on my head where there's no hair growth now. A surgeon said that success of treatment is low as there's not much tissue left for new follicle. He said, we may try fat injection to bring in few tissues before hair transplant but the success of that too is not guaranteed. What should I do? Should I go with fat injection before hair transplant, or directly try FUE/FUT hair transplant and see if it works or not.
