I understand that all prices for different regions vary but as a rule of thumb, if I was looking into cool sculpting for a large chin (and the applicator was small) and it is recommended to be placed in two spots overlaying; is it a charge for two spots or is it charged by how many applicators is put on a patient's body?

It is safe to get CoolSculpting even if you have Chron's Disease. CoolSculpting is generally only unsafe if you have a hernia, in which case you should hold off. CoolSculpting and Chron's Disease have no interactions with each other.
