Answer: Liposuction of tummy Liposuction of the body will create bruising and swelling and leave an incision scar. It is hard to predict how patients will recover and how fast the bruising and swelling will go away. I recommend Arnica for my patients to help with the bruising along with walking after surgery for circulation. Good luck.

Answer: Boyfriend At 2 weeks you still may have some bruising, swelling and tenderness. Your incisions although small also may not be completely healed. My advice- Turn off the lights or tell him.

The bruising can be camouflaged by makeup and clothing, and even the swelling should not be too obvious after 2 weeks. The other option; tell him.
