I have been seeing Dr. Rothaus for years for my botox, filler and even for a consult for advise when I had to have a major MOHS surgery due to a quarter sized cancer spot on my nose. What I have found personally very comforting is his knowledge and variety of solutions to help me reach. my goals. His work, along with his PA Courtney's work is absolutely natural and perfect each time. I've never left his office unhappy or concerned.

After having two kids I went to Dr. Rothaus for a consult regarding my post-mom bod to see what could be done. Our plan was for me to do my best to get in shape over the next few months and then we would do Liposuction to my arms, back and love handles. We did the treatment in two separate procedures a few months apart and I couldn't be happier with the results. Despite reading horror stories online about some peoples experiences with Lipo, I felt very comfortable in the skills Dr. Rothaus has. One thing that made me feel the most comfortable was that he had a variety of options that could be incorporated into the procedure to get even better results. I elected to use on the skin tightening component and we also used smart LIPO which helps melt the fat before removal. I didnt need to be "put under" which I preferred and used this machine called a proNOX (not sure how you spell it) which helps with any residual discomfort. I think its just nitrous oxide like you might get at the dentist???

I am amazed at my results after 6 weeks and know the results are only going to get better and. better over the next few months. I was on the fence if I wanted to be "that person" that had Lipo, but I am SO happy I did and I am SO happy I picked Dr. Rothaus versus some hot shot Instagram "trending" surgeon.

I had Sub Z Cool Peel treatment done by Dr. Rothaus. It was very pleasant experience with no pain and discomfort, also there was very minimal down time. There was slight redness next day but no swelling due to cooling used during the procedure. My face looked normal 2 days later, I was able to apply make up. I’m very happy with the results a month later. Skin tone is more even and face feels firmer. Dr. Rothaus is well experienced professional at his field. I will def go back for another treatment. Highly recommend!

Dr. Rothaus is absolutely amazing! I was nervous about my liposuction procedure, but he made me feel so comfortable! He was happy to answer every question I had and my results are incredible - I trust him completely and would highly recommend him to friends and family

Tomorrow marks 2 weeks post op. I reside in the Chicago area. The surgery was done in New York. My surgeon and his staff were outstanding. The discomfort was only the first 72 hours. I had drains removed the next morning. I did not feel him remove them. There are no stitches to be removed. I had a follow up appt. 8 days after surgery. He would like me to come back for a quick look next month. In my opinion the surgeon you choose is the most important decision you make and he or she is the most important ingredient. I explained my goals and based on his experience he made educated decisions. My nipples had feeling immediately. I am still in the healing process but one thing I do know is that my surgeon has been there every step of the way. His staff has been an excellent support system for me. Please choose wisely.

Wish l could assign negative numbers here. Years after my surgery, l still have PTSD from this arrogant, and unprofessional doctor along with:
Asymmetrical wide breasts with too much tissue under the arm.
Nipples are on the outer third of breasts and point outward (visible even in bra with medium padding).
Horrendous scarring as sutures opened up to reveal tissue that required months of manual debridement (by a different surgeon who recommended l sue Dr. Rathaus).
However the worst part was his complete dismissal of me with weeping open wounds and total lack of compassion/ accountability. He said he would try to fix it for an additional fee however there’s no way in the world I’d let him operate on me again.
Don’t be fooled by nice nurses that talk him up. The test is you want someone in your corner if things go bad. To my sisters, I’d say there are so many other choices in doctors- don’t risk this one.
He is worse than a nightmare.
