Do I need a full rhinoplasty to fix nostril asymmetry? (Photos)

I've noticed that one of my nostrils is significantly bigger and a different shape than the other. I want to fix this by getting an alarplasty on the bigger nostril. I contacted a surgeon in Turkey. His assistant is telling me that I need a full rhinoplasty to fix the assymetry. I'm not sure if that's neccesary however. Attached is a picture of my nose and a photoshop I did to fix the assymmetry. Attached are also closeup pictures of my nose. In the picture taken from below, you can see that the columella is a bit crooked. This doesn't bother me. The question is, can I make my nose look like the photoshop I did by only adjusting the nostril (alarplasty)? I want to do a minimal amount of surgery, but I do want to fix the nostril assymmetry. I have had a septoplasty in the past to straighten a deviated nasal septum. This was only done to better my breathing, which means they didn't do any cosmetic adjustments. That might be why I have nostril assymetry, though I'm not certain
