Why is one eye higher than the other? Can this be fixed? (Photo)

My right eye is way higher than my left. It makes me very self conscious in photos with the back camera, i’ve did lots of research on it and came to the conclusion I may have vertical orbital dystopia. But, it’s not really any solutions on the problem.
