Bumps after microneedling on stretch marks 3 weeks post, advice? (photo)

I did microneedling on my stretch marks 3 weeks ago now am seeing itchy bumps coming up, I contacted the office where I got it done, I was told to use advantan 1%milk, not seeing any changes instead am seeing more coming up other places, just want to know if this is serious. Am really stressed out over this.
