Bumps after microneedling on stretch marks 3 weeks post, advice? (photo)

This needs an in-person evaluation. I recommend getting a formal consultation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Keep in mind, stretch marks need a combination approach to get the most improvement. I recommend a combination of microneedling/prp, lasers (Erbium/Fraxel Laser, Excel V, Pulsed Dye Laser) or radiofrequency devices. Stretch marks can't be cured and it will take a series of treatments lifelong. I recommend you see an expert for a formal evaluation. Best, Dr. Emer

I would definitely have this followed up by the practitioner who did your treatment. I have had 1 case of a dermatitis post microneedling, come to find out the patient was reacting to the serum we gave her to use post tretment. Once she stopped the serum, and we started her on a steroid cream, all symptoms resolved within a few days.

Definitely not a normal reaction - you do need to see a dermatologist in person to exclude conditions that can Koebner following microneedling- Psoriasis, Lichen Planus, etc..etc..etc... all the best, Dr Davin Lim, Laser dermatologist
