Does picking a blackhead after microneedling cause scarring?

I had the procedure done 6 days ago. I thought it was safe to pic out a blackhead, but doing so left redness and marks that I am not sure were there before.

However, if you were to pick at a blackhead, I would wait until your skin is completely healed after a microneedling treatment.
