Should I consult for surgery? Or is it something I can correct on my own?

kotabota314
The bump was caused from trauma from basketballs and volleyballs hitting my nose when i was younger, i have had horrible migraine since sustaining it and have recently noticed trouble breathing out of the nostril the bump is located over. I am wondering if this is something that would need to be corrected by sugery, a dr i went to for it before just touched it quickly and said to just hold my nose for an hour a day to correct the bump, but it is bone and cartilage and it has not helped but hurt
