What could be done with my nose for it to look more natural and in line with the rest of my face for a better symmetry? (Photo)

My nose is definitely one of my biggest insecurities. It looks a bit deviated in pictures as it is wide. There are these bumps, I guess, on the sides or excessive cartilage? Not sure. Overall, the nose just isn't defined and when I smile, there is no bridge and the nose droops down. Is there a simulation that can show me what is possible with a rhinoplasty? I also scar easily so that's also something that's been holding me back from going through with a surgery. Thank you!
