Hello I wanted to know in a nasal tip which is droopy and symmetrical, can the tongue in groove technique improve the asymmetries in conjunction with dropping?In his technique are aren't cartilages being directly attached to the septum? Does the tongue in groove technique improve external deformities associated with caudal septal deviation?

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can understand from your question, you want to get rid of the asymmetrical image and droopy tip. Without rhinoplasty surgery you might not be able to fix these problems permanently. However, It is hard to make a proper evaluation without photos. If you can provide photos from front of your face, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation.
