Can tongue in groove reduce asymmetry in the nasal tip?

Hello I wanted to know in a nasal tip which is droopy and symmetrical, can the tongue in groove technique improve the asymmetries in conjunction with dropping?In his technique are aren't cartilages being directly attached to the septum? Does the tongue in groove technique improve external deformities associated with caudal septal deviation?
