Filler in mid cheek area - how long will it take to dissolve naturally and when can I start other treatments?

Hello, I had a hyaluronic acid filler (Saypha volume plus) injected in mid upper cheek area, injection depth around 2-3 milimeters, 0,5ml per side, injected with cannula. I wanted to have it injected in deeper layers to provide some support for upper tissues but the doctor did it this way. How long it might take to dissolve naturally? Is it ok to do Morpheus8 in this area? How long should I wait after the injection before I do RF microneedling? Thank you

Hello, Filler self-dissolving depends on a number of factors including density of the filler, area it's injected (highly mobile area vs stagnant), and of course the patient's own metabolism. In general, fillers take 6-18 months to dissolve. You can always have it dissolved with hyaluronidase if you do not like the result. 
It is safe to do RF microneedling after filler. I usually recommend patients wait 2 weeks after filler placement.
